Our Critical Care Unit at St. Anthony Hospital has 16 mixed ICU and PCU private patient rooms. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Demonstrate critical thinking, keen assessment, and attention to detail, especially in high‑pressure, fast‑paced situations. Maintain accurate and confidential patient health records and participate in continuous learning and professional development. Current Incentives for qualified RN’s Education Loan Forgiveness Relocation Assistance Job Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. 1-2 years med/surg experience and successful completion of critical care residency program or New graduate with completion of senior practicum in a specialty area i.e.: critical care, ED, PACU and successful completion of critical care residency program. Registered Nurse: WA Basic Life Support through the American Heart Assoc. - CPR, upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months Preferred Bachelors of Science Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting Previous PCU/ICU experience or Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute Certified Neuroscience RN Where You'll Work Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has a rich history of providing exceptional healthcare, dating back to 1891.
