Electrical Engineer

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is looking for a results-oriented Electrical Engineer in Lyndhurst, VA. This role is responsible for creating and optimizing refrigeration system designs using natural refrigerants such as ammonia and CO2. The ideal candidate will develop detailed electrical plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all designs meet performance, sustainability, and safety standards. Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design-build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house. The Electrical Engineer will design and implement electrical controls and power systems for industrial refrigeration projects. The role supports cross-functional project execution and ensures compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
