Competitive Pay Starting Pay: $18.75–$22.50/hour based on experience. What You'll Do: As a GNA/CMT, you'll play an important role in enhancing the lives of our residents by: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Administering medications safely and accurately (CMT) Monitoring and documenting resident care Recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition Supporting resident independence while providing compassionate care Creating meaningful relationships with residents and their families Working collaboratively with an exceptional interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Current Maryland GNA Certification Current Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (preferred for medication technician positions) Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and customer service skills A passion for providing outstanding care to older adults
