Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Lead Developer / Technical Lead to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-level initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies and real-time data platforms while contributing to impactful software solutions.


You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using AWS and streaming technologies.



Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for system integrations
• Develop and manage real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka
• Create and maintain Apache Flink pipeline jobs for data processing
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions)
• Support infrastructure development using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the SDLC
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ yrs of experience with AWS cloud services
• 1+yrs of hands-on experience with Apache Flink
• 5+yrs of experience developing in GoLang
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• 5+ yrs of experience with Kafka or similar streaming technologies
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• 3+ yrs of experience with Terraform
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile environment
