Technical Project Manager

Description Hybrid 4 days onsite in Lake Mary, FL Our client seeks a Technical Project Manager within cybersecurity to drive execution across PKI and cryptography initiatives. The role centers on change management, cross-team coordination, vendor evaluations and POCs, and clear documentation in Confluence. The position is not hands‑on engineering. The successful candidate will bring structure, ownership, and consistent tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. W2 Responsibilities Coordinate and manage change tickets, including approvals, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. Support vendor engagements and POCs with planning, coordination, and progress tracking. Track execution across multiple cryptography and PKI initiatives and report status. Create and maintain documentation in Confluence, including meeting notes and diagrams. Facilitate cross‑team alignment and communication across platforms and environments. Plan around freeze windows and release calendars to reduce risk. Assist with standing up new solutions and associated change management. Experience Requirements Approximately 5+ years in cybersecurity or an adjacent domain. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager. Exposure to PKI and cryptography, with conceptual understanding of HSMs. Strong proficiency with change management processes and tools. Demonstrated documentation skills using Confluence, Visio, and diagramming tools. Experience with Jira or similar work tracking platforms. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders with structured follow-through. Nice to have: Experience with ServiceNow, cloud KMS tools, and cryptography vendors or tools. Not required: Deep HSM troubleshooting, advanced cloud security engineering, or CISSP certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
