The job:

As a Villa Services Coordinator at Aria, you'll be the first step in creating an unforgettable luxury experience. With a warm welcome, genuine hospitality, and attention to every detail, you'll turn each guest interaction into a personalized experience and create WOW moments they'll remember long after their stay with us!

The starting rate: $19.00 / Per Hour

The day-to-day:

• Assist butlers in delivering timely and complete service to villa guests
• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant or in-room dining
• Expedite transportation reservations, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and other personal services (haircuts, styling, manicures, massages, etc.)
• Inspect table setups to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with guest orders and departmental standards
• Maintain the butler's pantry, kitchen, storage areas, and other assigned areas in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, champagne, guest room layouts, and room locations/numbers/names

The ideal candidate:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of prior relevant guest service experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
