Onboarding Coordinator Caregiver, Inc. | Remote About the Role

Caregiver, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Coordinator to support the hiring process for our direct support professionals and other team members. This role is responsible for coordinating pre-employment requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping candidates move efficiently from offer acceptance to their first day of employment. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate new-hire onboarding activities from offer acceptance through completion of required pre-employment steps. Monitor background checks, screenings, and required documentation to ensure timely completion. Communicate with candidates regarding outstanding requirements, deadlines, and next steps. Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, personnel records, and system updates. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compliance, and Operations to resolve onboarding delays and keep candidates moving through the process. Identify incomplete requirements and proactively follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders. Support process improvements to increase onboarding efficiency and improve the new-hire experience. Work Environment

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable internet access, a dedicated workspace, and the ability to manage daily priorities independently. Requirements Qualifications Previous experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and electronic documentation. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
