Job Summary

A Licensing Agent opportunity is available in Boca Raton, FL for a detail-oriented administrative and compliance professional with experience managing licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals. This onsite contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized process management, regulatory research, accurate documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

The Licensing Agent will support business-critical compliance activities by working with internal teams and government agencies to keep licensing records current and applications moving forward. This role offers a professional Monday through Friday schedule, collaborative interaction with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams, and the opportunity to contribute to a well-structured compliance function in a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage business licenses, permits, registrations, renewals, and related compliance documentation.
- Research licensing requirements, regulatory rules, submission processes, and renewal deadlines.
- Prepare, submit, monitor, and follow up on licensing applications and supporting documents.
- Communicate with government agencies to resolve questions, discrepancies, or application issues.
- Maintain accurate licensing records, renewal calendars, tracking reports, and compliance files.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to gather information and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25 to $26 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Type: Contract through March, with possible extension.
- Work setting: Onsite in Boca Raton, FL.
