Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 25 to 30 members in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role involves working the 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am and requires the ability to work some Saturdays as needed. You will report directly to the Production Superintendent and focus heavily on KPI tracking and root cause analysis, spending 90% of your time on the floor and 10% on administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 25 to 30 production members.
• Focus on KPI tracking and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage production operations on the 3rd shift, from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
• Perform 90% on-floor duties and 10% administrative tasks.
• Work some Saturdays as required to meet production demands.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision.
• Strong skills in production, assembly, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and supervisory skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking and root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to handle situational, leadership, and KPI-related interview questions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A degree is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and database management.
• Experience in process improvement and safety management.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, AL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
