Overview Job Title: Event Staff (Seasonal). Location: Denver, CO 80216. Type: Seasonal. Hourly Pay: $19.31. Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group creates immersive, story-driven live events and haunted attractions. As a Seasonal Event Staff Member, you help deliver thrilling, memorable experiences for every guest. You will guide guests, manage crowd flow, and maintain the immersive atmosphere in collaboration with teammates and supervisors to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment. Responsibilities Traffic Flow Management: Guide guests through the attraction, keep lines moving, direct visitors to queue lines, entrances, and exits, and implement effective crowd management to maintain safety and maximize guest experience. Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional assistance, answer questions, explain rules and layout, and resolve concerns with empathy to create positive guest experiences. Event Operations: Assist with event setup and teardown, maintain clean and organized spaces, ensure props and effects are in place and functioning, and support special event needs as they arise. Safety and Security: Stay alert for safety hazards, report them to management, assist security to maintain a secure environment, and respond calmly in emergencies. Communication: Collaborate with actors, managers, and team members to ensure a seamless guest experience; share updates, coordinate crowd movements, and contribute ideas to improve operations. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Comfortable working in dark, loud, and themed environments with strobe effects, fog, and close guest interaction. This is a seasonal position tied to select events produced by Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group.
