Job Opportunity – Cardiac Telemetry RN – South Carolina

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Greenville, South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts (0700-1930); every other weekend required (flexible based on unit needs); floating required as needed

Highlights:

• 32-bed cardiac telemetry unit providing comprehensive 24-hour care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, with a focus on heart failure management
• Continuous EKG and oxygen saturation monitoring via telemetry; administration of cardiac-specific IV and oral medications
• Epic EMR required with minimum 1 year of experience; Omnicell medication system in use
• Excellent interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• 4:1 patient ratio across all shifts
• Pre-assignment modules are billable up to 16 hours

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac telemetry nursing experience; 3 years required for first-time travelers
• 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the contracted facility (compensation adjustments apply based on distance)
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Competencies in skills including blood product administration, central line management, cardiac drip management, dysrhythmia interpretation, telemetry monitoring, post-cardiac procedure care, and wound care
