Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is located in Austell, Georgia. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The candidate will be responsible for executing imaging procedures with precision, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. The position requires a professional with a focus on accurate imaging and excellent communication skills.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, totaling 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS or ARC-BLS (Basic Life Support), and BLS-I (Basic Life Support - Instructor). Minimum 1 year of experience in Radiology and less than 1 year of experience in CT are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The candidate must exhibit excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to perform all aspects of CT, including patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection. Knowledge of anatomy and pathology is essential to analyze how they impact imaging quality. Candidate should be competent in performing all Quality Control tests as recommended by ACR and manufacturer standards. Adaptability to a high-pressure work environment and the ability to prioritize effectively are critical.
