What You'll Do

As a Virtual Member Support Specialist , you'll become a trusted resource for members by delivering professional, personalized service throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms

• Answer questions regarding available benefits, services, and coverage options

• Provide exceptional support throughout the enrollment process

• Assist clients with applications and required documentation

• Build strong relationships through professionalism and effective communication

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Resolve concerns promptly while delivering outstanding customer service

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional client experience

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
