Do you like being the face of a brand and lead all aspects of greeting and meeting guests? We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Seaglass Tower in Myrtle Beach! As a Front Desk Clerk, you would ensure that every interaction with a guest or owner is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property.

Schedule: Part-Time Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet guests and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely, courteous manner.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

• 6 months Customer Service Experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred.
• Proficient English language with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• A courteous, professional conduct and presentation needs to prevail when handling upset guests and difficult situations.
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice to meet business demands.
• Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational targets and demands.
