Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and palliative medicine consultations for inpatients.
  
• Supervise and precept residents during clinical rounds.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
  
• Manage symptom control and advance care planning.
  
• Document patient encounters in Epic EMR.
