Ridgecrest strives to provide high-quality services for a happy and healthy community life.As a Long-term Care Nurse, your main responsibilities include:monitoring patients' health and giving medicationshelping with daily activitiesoffering emotional support to both patients and their families.record patient progress, update care plans, and make sure all healthcare rules and facility policies are followedThis role calls for strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and deep empathy.
