Concrete Project Manager

A well-established and financially strong commercial concrete contractor is seeking an experienced project manager to lead field operations on large-scale projects in the Tulsa area. This individual will oversee daily site activities, direct field labor, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations and jobsite execution Supervise field crews and coordinate subcontractors Maintain project schedules and manage 3-week lookahead planning Track labor productivity, man-hours, and installed quantities Coordinate RFIs, submittals, inspections, and testing Maintain accurate as-built drawings Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications Experience as a project manager in commercial construction Strong background in concrete (cast-in-place, tilt-up, structural) Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors Ability to lead projects from start to finish Additional Details Projects include commercial, multi-story, and structural concrete work Strong backlog and consistent pipeline of projects Opportunity to work with an established leadership team with long tenure Company details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
