Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for NICU patients, ensuring a high standard of clinical care.


• Monitor patients' conditions, recording signs, symptoms, and vital signs, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.


• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and procedures.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for patients.


• Provide education and support to families about the care of NICU patients.


• Maintain compliance with all health system, NICU-specific policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in Washington or ability to obtain licensure quickly.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.


• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.


• Experience with EPIC charting software preferred.


• Capability to float to postpartum and pediatric units as needed.


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with medical teams.
