tr th {}We are a highly respected and long standing general contractor in the Southeast is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Atlanta preconstruction team. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction estimator who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to play a critical role in delivering complex, high quality projects. As a Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of the estimating process from early conceptual budgets through final GMP and hard bid proposals. You'll partner closely with preconstruction, operations, and business development teams to develop accurate, competitive pricing and strategic bid approaches.Key Responsibilities:Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for projects from conceptual through final pricingDevelop and review budgets, value engineering options, and risk assessmentsSolicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bidsMaintain strong subcontractor relationships and participate in scope reviewsCollaborate with project teams to transition estimates into active projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, schedules, and site conditionsSupport pursuit strategy, bid day execution, and post-bid reviewsMentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous process improvementQualifications:5+ years of construction estimating experience with a general contractorStrong background in multifamily or large commercial constructionProven success leading estimates on complex projectsProficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar)Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering documentsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredBenefitsBase ($125,000-$165,000) + BonusAuto, Cell Allowances401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
