Job Details Job Location: US-AZ-Phoenix Category (Portal Searching): Security Officer Level Workdays Available: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Shifts Available: Afternoon Business Unit: AUS Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.40 per Hour Job Schedule: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Job Description As a Security Officer Lobby Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will greet visitors, manage access and badges, monitor cameras and alarms, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, clear communication, and being a reliable presence. What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or visitor information, maintaining logs, and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals and departures. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related concerns according to site policies. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
