We are currently seeking an experienced Pasta Cook to bring their passion and skills to our fast-paced kitchen. About Us: Step into a warm, inviting atmosphere where traditional Southern Italian flavors meet exceptional service and ambiance. We pride ourselves on creating an unforgettable dining experience rooted in authenticity, quality, and a love for Italian cuisine. The Role: As our Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fresh Italian pasta dishes with precision and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a deep appreciation for authentic Italian food. Requirements:
- Previous experience cooking pasta in a professional kitchen is a must
- Strong understanding of Southern Italian cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Passion for quality, presentation, and flavor and must follow all food safety regulations
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
