ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2003 and currently work alongside two team members. State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today-with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team.
I'm a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you'll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace-we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don't take things too seriously all the time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Darrell Rains - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

SCHEDULE :

• Open to hiring this position on either a Full-time or Part-time basis

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
