Base Pay Range $131,000.00/yr - $136,600.00/yr Cell Staff is urgently hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract at the Alaska Department of Corrections (AKDOC) facility in Kenai, AK . Shift: 11-Hour Day, Evening, or Night Shift (6a‑5:30p, 12p‑11:30p, or 8p‑7:30a) Schedule: Thursday through Wednesday , 7 days on, 7 days off Compensation Rate: $63 per hour Travel Rate: $23 per hour Travel Stipend (Lodging): (not specified) Travel Stipend (Meals): (not specified) Travel Bonus: (not specified) Flights Reimbursed Your Role As a Correctional RN, you’ll provide essential, high-impact care for the inmate population. Key duties include: Triage and Emergency Response: Quick and effective medical assessments and crisis intervention. Medication Administration: Accurate and timely Med Pass. Sick Call: Managing acute and chronic health concerns. Documentation: Maintaining compliant and accurate electronic health records. Requirements Current BLS Certification .
