Data Analytics Consultant

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize reporting performance and ensure data quality. Key responsibilities Lead complex reporting initiatives and mentor team members to ensure production quality through governance and validation Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including creating interactive BI reports and summarizing key findings for stakeholders Gather and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy while applying advanced statistical methods to drive actionable insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and report performance optimization Experience with Databricks or other cloud analytics platforms is preferred
