Weekend CNA/PCA Job Summary Right at Home Blue Ridge is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend CNA/PCA to join our team of caregivers who provide exceptional in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in Charlottesville, VA. As a Weekend CNA/PCA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management Deliver personalized care and support to meet the unique needs of each client Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge About the Role As a Weekend CNA/PCA, you will work on weekends, providing critical support to our clients during this time. You will work closely with our team of caregivers, directors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
