Lead Performance Marketer (m/w/d)

Closing date: 25.07.2026 Job description As a Lead Performance Marketer (m/w/d) you will take the operational leadership role in our paid marketing. You work directly with Wlad Jachtchenko and are responsible for keeping our performance engine constantly running, learning, and scaling. You are the central interface between strategy and execution: close enough to campaigns to spot levers immediately, and strategic enough to think in systems. You lead initiatives, coordinate freelancers & tools, and bring our high-ticket funnels to constant profitable scaling. Responsibilities Operational leadership of all paid marketing activities on Meta, Google and, if applicable, LinkedIn. Develop and execute test and scaling roadmaps (creatives, audiences, funnels, offers). Manage and optimize webinar and VSL funnels for high-ticket coaching. Responsible for key KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, show-up and closing rates. Build and maintain a clean tracking setup with Hyros, FunnelCockpit, and GHL. Brief and manage the creative team and freelancers (editor, designer, copywriter). Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Identify new growth levers and continuously optimize funnels. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with high-ticket products or coaching funnels. Strong understanding of funnel structures, offers, and conversion mechanics. Documented success in scaling profitable paid campaigns. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly, HubSpot, and Zapier. Experience managing freelancers or small teams is a plus. Analytical thinking, high responsibility, solution-oriented work style. Structured communication – even in a remote setup.
