Pharmacy Technician Address: Cary, NC Job Description Primary resource for inbound telephone calls to minimize workflow interruptions due to non-clinical inquiries. Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment. Directly respond to customer inquiries or route calls for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Update concise progress notes for quick assessment of referral status. Provide customer service through information management to answer questions regarding prescriptions and insurance. Answer patient questions during refill scheduling and transfer to clinical staff when necessary. Identify and report adverse events to clinicians to ensure patient safety. Critical Information Onsite position to start with the possibility of hybrid work. Work schedule is 9 AM - 5:30 PM for training (6-9 weeks); 11:30 AM - 8 PM for regular work. Education/Licenses Needed At least 1 year of heavy call center experience with strict attendance and schedule adherence.
