This position requires constant interaction with caregivers and community agencies; this position also performs patient care activities and assistance with personal care needs as needed. Work Location: 163 Chatham Business Dr, Pittsboro, NC 27312 (Piedmont Health SeniorCare in Pittsboro) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Travel: Yes Qualifications Education/Experience: High school degree or equivalent. 1 year experience transporting or caring for individuals with special mobility needs or impaired adults. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment Must be able to operate handicap-accessible vehicles Must meet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by PHSC and approved by CMS before working independently. Licensure, Registry or Certification Required Valid NC Driver’s License and an acceptable three-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart. Class B or C with passenger endorsement preferred, but not required. Immunizations Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment. Pay Range $17.66/Hourly - $23.74/Hourly (commensurate with years of experience)
