Description: Lab Technical Assistant, Fulltime, Dayshift, in the St Mary's Hospital Histology Department, Athens, GA

What You Will Do:

• Assist Technical Staff in any histo preparation work that they have been properly trained and competent in performing.
• Assist the histology secretary by receiving, processing, and shipping specimens for consult.
• Filing and additional clerical duties

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, Science degree preferred
• Previous Lab Experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
