Responsibilities Serves members and guests food and beverage in a banquet event setting; delivers calm, private-club standard service Knows the BEO/Run of Show; attends preshift; executes timeline. Completes event set up and break down; maintains clean, organized stations and rooms Follows service standards: food left, beverages right, clear right; uses a tray for 3+ items. Performs water and wine service to standard.
