Position Overview

Keta Medical Center is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Nurse Manager to provide nursing leadership and clinical oversight across our New York and New Jersey locations.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a nursing team of supporting clinics that operate seven days a week.

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for nursing operations, staff leadership, clinical standards, quality and patient safety, and consistency of care across all locations. This position combines nursing administration with direct involvement in patient care and requires regular travel among Keta's locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesNursing Leadership & Staff Management

• Provide nursing leadership and oversight across all Keta Medical Center locations.
• Lead and oversee a nursing team consisting of full-time and per-diem RNs across all locations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing professional development of nursing staff.
• Ensure adequate nursing coverage across clinics operating seven days a week, from 9:00 AM–9:30 PM.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and compassionate patient care.

Clinical Oversight & Quality

• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing protocols, policies, and clinical standards in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Ensure consistent nursing practices and standards of care across all locations.
• Oversee nursing quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.
• Participate in medical record review, documentation standards, and risk management from a nursing perspective.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
• Support compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Multi-Site Operations

• Travel regularly among Keta Medical Center locations to provide onsite nursing leadership and support.
• Maintain visibility and strong working relationships with nursing staff across all locations.
• Partner with clinic and medical leadership to identify and address staffing, operational, and clinical needs.
• Help establish scalable nursing processes and standards as Keta Medical Center continues to grow.

Direct Patient Care

• Provide occasional direct clinical coverage as needed to maintain continuity of patient care and operational coverage.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and serve as a resource to nursing staff in the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in New York and/or New Jersey; must be willing and able to obtain licensure in both states if not already licensed in both.
• Minimum 10 years of nursing leadership/management experience, including experience as an ER Nurse Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in nursing administration and staff leadership, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong clinical judgment and experience managing patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a geographically dispersed nursing workforce.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly among Keta Medical Center locations.
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, infusion therapy, ketamine therapy, or other outpatient specialty care is a plus.
