Buyer II

Supporting day-to-day purchasing operations, the fully remote Buyer II will manage purchase orders, resolve invoice exceptions, and assist with data validation and cleansing while preparing for Workday readiness activities. Key responsibilities Manage purchase orders, including open order review and cleanup Resolve invoice exceptions and support supplier and internal customer inquiries Assist with purchasing data validation and standardization efforts Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain Experience with purchase order management and invoice exception resolution Proficiency in purchasing systems and data-driven workflows Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume purchasing environment Experience with data validation and maintaining accurate purchasing records
