Speech & Language Therapist - Anticipated School Year

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to support student growth and communication development at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll provide individualized and group speech and language services that empower students to achieve academic success, strengthen communication skills, and thrive in inclusive learning environments.

What Success Looks Like:

• Creating engaging, student-centered lessons that support speech and language development
• Building a positive, supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged and confident
• Delivering individualized and small group instruction tailored to diverse student needs
• Developing and maintaining compliant, high-quality IEPs, Evaluation Reports, and progress documentation
• Collaborating effectively with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or related field
• Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification and qualifications as required by law
