Agency Sales Executive

Leading the nationwide agency distribution channel, the remote Head of Agency Sales will develop and execute long-term growth strategies, inspire over 1,000 producers, and drive performance across a business representing over $1.5 billion in revenue. Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for agency growth, profitability, and market expansion Inspire and lead a nationwide field organization to achieve exceptional sales results Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing agency owners and producers Required qualifications Extensive senior leadership experience in large-scale agency or field sales organizations within insurance or financial services Proven track record of growing agency distribution through effective recruiting and retention strategies Experience with multi-line insurance businesses, including Property & Casualty, Life, Retirement, and Supplemental products Strong business acumen with experience in managing revenue growth and sales strategy A bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred, with insurance and securities licensing as a plus
