Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or relevant fields of study (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree) Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Value‑Based Program Management experience Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills Strong customer‑service orientation 5-7 years experience in a related field Job Responsibilities Complete staff performance recommendations on time. Recommend disciplinary action or promotion path as appropriate. Manage project resources appropriately to ensure quality of work life balance. Provide team leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget within the project schedule. Remove barriers to ensure projects and initiatives move forward on schedule. Escalate concerns appropriately while providing recommendations for resolution. Perform definition, preliminary analysis, resource planning, project scheduling and develop project plans utilizing current methodologies and standards. When appropriate provide input related to project budget planning and forecasting. Ensure that project solutions, system acquisitions and modifications meet the goals and objectives of the requesting department. Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure quality procedures, techniques and standards are followed.
