Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Long Beach, CA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rheumatology in Los Angeles to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers. The role focuses on executing territory strategies, improving patient access, and achieving sales objectives in the assigned geography.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Pasadena territory to engage stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance standards
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Significant demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Demonstrated collaboration with internal and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must reside within assigned market territory
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
