Role Overview: Seeking a Lead SAP S/4HANA Consultant to drive enterprise-scale digital transformations. You will lead solution design across S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, and Group Reporting, partnering directly with CFO leadership and global implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end target-state solutions across Core FICO, CFin, and Group Reporting.
• Oversee financial data migration, SLT replication, conversion, and reconciliation models.
• Partner with CFO orgs, controllership, and shared services to map best practices.
• Lead project delivery across multi-vendor setups and global offshore teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 12 15+ years of total SAP experience with deep domain expertise in FICO.
• Proven track record leading at least 2 large-scale S/4HANA Finance programs.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Central Finance (CFin) and Group Reporting.
• Strong background in financial compliance, data conversion, and audit controls.
• Excellent client-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance / Central Finance certification.
• Experience with SAP MDG, Fiori, and SAP Activate methodology.
