Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a critical access, Level III Trauma Center setting. The role involves floating between units, primarily working in medical/surgical units, with occasional ICU patient care. The position requires flexibility to meet patient needs, with a focus on adult and adolescent patient populations.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license; at least 1 year of RN experience including ICU or medical-surgical units; certifications including ACLS and BLS.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system; prior community hospital, trauma, or critical access experience; experience managing Ports, arterial lines, ventilators, and high-acuity patient care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units based on skill set, including med-surg units.
• Additional Information: Candidates are expected to have a vehicle for travel. The assignment involves working in a Level III Trauma Center with a psychiatric patient population, various diagnoses such as CHF, diabetes, sepsis, and pneumonia. This role includes frequent floating to non-ICU units, providing flexibility to adapt to unit needs.
