Echocardiography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiography Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of echocardiographic procedures and be proficient in routine echo, stress echo, transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE), and contrast administration. This position offers the opportunity to work with both outpatients and inpatients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine echocardiography examinations and related procedures.
• Administer contrast agents as needed and interpret results.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Certified by ARDMS in Adult Echocardiography (AE) or CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac sonography.
• Experience with Routine Echo, Stress Echo, TEE, and Contrast Administration.
