Corporate Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions

Full-Time

A leading global law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate (4–6 years) to join its Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in West Palm Beach. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and international transactions across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology, financial services, real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and letters of intent
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution
• Collaborate with tax, finance, regulatory, and litigation teams on transaction-related matters
• Prepare private placement memoranda and subscription documents
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and closing processes
• Assist with post-closing obligations and transaction management

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of substantive M&A and general corporate experience at a regional or national law firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Experience with cross-border and/or private equity transactions preferred
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar, or willingness to obtain admission promptly
