Compensation: $2277 - $2744 | Shift: 3x12 Nights
Are you an enthusiastic Labor and Delivery nurse seeking an exciting new role? As an essential part of the multidisciplinary team, you will apply your clinical expertise to provide care in a vibrant Labor and Delivery environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional nursing care to laboring mothers and their newborns
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Assisting in Post-Partum units as required, up to 1-2 shifts per week
- Documenting patient information using the EPIC EMR system
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
- Current Iowa RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from AHA or ARC
- Fetal monitoring certification from the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN)
- Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Experience in high-risk and high-acuity situations within a busy delivery center
- Willingness to float to Post-Partum units
