ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in luxury automotive sales, where I developed a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. I grew up in South Florida but have called the San Francisco Bay Area home since the 1980s.

Our agency enjoys staying involved in the community by participating in neighborhood events throughout the year. We take pride in building strong relationships and maintaining the small-town feel that makes our community so special.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Joshin Bruguera - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
