About the Role
The Company is in search of a transformational Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-market region with a focus on operational excellence as the key driver of sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, client retention, and operational execution. This executive leader will be tasked with translating enterprise strategy into regional plans, establishing clear priorities, and ensuring disciplined execution. A critical aspect of the role is to partner with commercial leaders to drive organic growth, enhance customer relationships, and expand strategic partnerships. The role also involves leading talent development, fostering a culture of accountability, and promoting operational discipline while embracing innovation. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years' of progressive senior leadership experience in a multi-site operational environment.
