Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs to ensure our staff are equipped to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
Develop and implement staff development programs, including in-service training, workshops, and online resources
Identify learning needs and develop training plans to address gaps in knowledge and skills
Collaborate with nursing staff to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our diverse patient population
Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and promote professional growth
Conduct evaluations of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
Registered Nurse license in the state of Nevada
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of experience in staff development or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methods
