Summary: The Manager will manage corporate wide third-party oversight efforts and is responsible for exercising administrative control, evaluating compliance with policies and standards. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of eight years of business continuity experience required. Minimum five years in a financial service industry required Minimum three years of management experience required Experience developing procedural documents (workflows, RACIs, SLAs and Job Aids) required Job Responsibilities: Responsible for vendor management process that ensures company and NCUA, FFIEC, business needs and risk acceptance compliance. Manages risk management strategy for all new and existing vendors: Conducts due diligence analysis and risk assessments on all new and existing third-party vendors and relationships and ensure respective business owners are monitoring, reviewing and mitigating risk associated with service providers. Coordinates training, communication, and testing of plans. Reviews security assessments of new and existing third-party service providers and ensures they comply with regulatory and audit obligations; including review of controls e.g. SSAE 18/SOC1/SOC2/Pen. Test/ISO27001, and third-party attestations. Continuously evaluates the current vendor management program and identify ways to improve it. Conducts interviews with new vendors and inform approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
