We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.

As an LPN at Ottawa Health Care Center, you will play an important role in providing quality nursing care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies

• Respond effectively to emergency situations
