Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed in Chapel Hill, NC JOB 234 Start Date: September 11, 2025 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (40 guaranteed hours/week) Children: 5-month-old baby girl Compensation: $24–$26/hour DOE Benefits: 10 paid holidays, 10 paid vacation days, 5 paid sick days, possible health insurance stipend for the right candidate Position Overview A warm, professional family in Chapel Hill is seeking a nurturing and conscientious fulltime nanny to care for their infant daughter. Both parents work remotely in corporate roles and are looking for someone who can foster a peaceful environment during work hours. The ideal candidate will be experienced with infants, developmentally attuned, and proactive in creating a calm, stimulating space for the baby’s growth. Ideal Candidate The family is seeking someone calm, safety-focused, and kind who understands the needs of a baby and is respectful of a work-from-home environment. A willingness to pitch in around the house when the baby naps will be appreciated. Duties Include: Daily care and developmental support for the infant Bottle feeding and diapering Driving to occasional enrichment outings (e.g., library) Light housekeeping during nap time (baby laundry, dishes, meal prep) Occasional errands Family laundry and light family meal preparation (optional based on skills and comfort) Travel: Optional, not required. Family travels often and may offer paid travel nannying. Driving: Required for baby’s outings. Family car is available. Pets: One cat in the home—no pet care required.
