Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 5AM to 3:30PM
Pay Rate: $17.65/hr
Location: Rosenberg, TX
Experience: 6+ months recent working experience

Job SummaryThe Tumbler Operator is responsible for operating machinery that mechanically "tumbles" concrete products to achieve specific textures and finishes. This is a fast-paced manufacturing role that requires a mix of technical machine operation, quality control, and physical labor.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Set up and operate manual or automated tumbling equipment. You will use touchpads and computerized controls to program specific cycles.
- Quality Control: Monitor the product for specific aesthetic standards. You must identify defects and ensure the "distressed" look meets customer specifications.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and fueling machinery.
- Material Handling: Assist in moving finished products to the packaging area and ensuring they are labeled correctly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally requires 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is standard.
- Physical Demands: * Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance).
- Capacity to stand for long periods and work in an environment that may be loud, dusty, and exposed to Texas weather (heat/cold).
- Skills: Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, and basic multiplication) and the ability to read scales/rules/templates.
