Retail District Manager Tallahassee, Florida, United States This role will cover multiple locations: Pensacola / Tallahassee / Panama City / Ft. Walton Beach / Crestview Worksite Requirements: This role requires significant time spent in the field, with approximately 90%of the workweek dedicated to visiting stores, engaging with on-site teams, and assessing operations firsthand. Candidates should expect to travel frequently to various locations to provide hands-on support, ensure compliance with company standards, and foster strong relationships with store teams. In a nutshell… The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple dispensary locations to achieve sales, profitability, compliance, and customer experience goals across a defined region. They are a critical link between corporate strategies and field execution, supporting store leadership in building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
