This is meaningful, hands on work where what you do truly matters, and every home and every project is different. Responsibilities include: Sorting, organizing, and handling a lifetime of belongings with care Packing and unpacking items thoughtfully Helping resettle clients into their new homes in a way that feels familiar and comfortable Preparing items for donation, sale, shipping, or disposal Photographing and listing items for online auctions using a smartphone Staging and organizing homes for estate sales or move preparation Assisting with estate sales and auction pickup days Supporting clean outs to prepare homes for listing Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Communicating in a positive, respectful way with clients, families, and team members Treating all client belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality Every day is different, but the one constant is that you are helping people. We are looking for team members who are: Compassionate, patient, and naturally caring Reliable and show up when they say they will Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Comfortable working both independently and with a team Positive, flexible, and solution oriented Respectful of clients, their homes, and their situations Comfortable using a smartphone for basic tasks like photos and communication You do not need experience. A Quick Note: This is active, hands on work and it is not always easy. You will be: On your feet for extended periods Bending, reaching, and climbing stairs Working in a variety of home environments, some clean and some more challenging There are also moments that can feel emotional, as we are often working with families during big life transitions. At the same time, it is incredibly rewarding work.
